To some, real estate is nothing more than a term, a noun. Sometimes it’s something exciting, a symbol of accomplishment and a goal met. Other times, it’s a scary word that only your parents used or something you never thought you would consider. To me, real estate is more; it is a passion and an opportunity to help others.
Through almost 20 years of learning my trade, networking and relationship-building in the real estate and real estate finance industries, I have developed a strong cornerstone of experience, knowledge, resources and connections to ensure my clients are always well-taken care of throughout their real estate journey. Although your grandparent’s REALTOR® may have worn a stiff three-piece suit, driven a huge Cadillac and used clichés, I prefer to draw from my coastal San Diego upbringing to provide my clients concierge-level service, but with a more relaxed and laid-back approach. Communication is key in real estate, like most other things in life, and my team and I pride ourselves on the high level of communication we bring to all of our transactions, ensuring you’re always in the know. Through our use of exciting and cutting-edge technology and tools, our partnership with Compass, the fastest-growing independently-owned brokerage in the nation, and our drive, negotiation skills, problem-solving and sheer determination, we have solidified our place as industry leaders in San Diego real estate and will continue to succeed in an always-changing real estate market.
