Holiday Tree and Pier Lighting Highlights Pacific Beach Holiday Season
Christmas at Crystal Pier
We will be lighting our community tree that will be located out on the pier!!! The pier will be decorated with lights & wreaths. The tree lighting event will be on Dec 13th. beginning at 2 PM. Santa will arrive via our Station 21 firetruck named Rudolph. The Grinch, and elves will be wondering through the crowd at the pier. Local Pacific Beach schools will be performing. Professional carolers will be there too. 5 PM Santa will light the Christmas tree. The tree is being donated by XMAS Tree Country, our local tree lot located at 870 Garnet in Pacific Beach. Events will be sponsored by local retailers and merchants in Pacific Beach.

"Our community groups and merchants in PB have really rallied behind this and we are so grateful for their support of this event."
Holiday Storefront Window Decoration Contest!
Other activities planned for the holiday season include a retail storefront window decorating contest sponsored by the Beach and Bay Press where prizes will be awarded to the top three entrants as judged by a selected panel. The winners will be announced at the Dec. 13 tree lighting event. Call 858.273.3303 to enter your business
Great Gifts & Treats
A special evening of hot cocoa and holiday cheer can be found while shopping! Thursday, December 17 from 5pm - 9pm will feature holiday discounts, refreshments and street side entertainment all throughout the Pacific Beach Business District. A great night will be had by all.
